What is bandwidth?
Bandwidth is the amount of data that can be transfered to/from your web hosting. The amount allocated with your package should be suffice, but if you feel you require more, then upgrade / send an e-mail to support@primehosting.co.uk
What is an addon domain?
An addon domain is a fully functional domain that will work out of a folder in your main sites ftp.
How long does it take to get my domain working?
It usually takes 24-48 hours for a domain to fully propagate. After this time please contact support@primehosting.co.uk if your domain still does not work.
How long does it take to get my domain working?

Where can I download a free FTP?
We recommend using FileZilla, it can be downloaded here. If you require further assitance see our Support Tutorials.
How do I make a payment?
All payments can be made via our client billing area. Please click "Client Login" at the top of the page, and login with your details, then select the invoice you wish to pay.
Then select the drop-down box for choosing a payment method. This will allow you to either pay it now, or provide details of making the payment, depending on the method you choose.
What is Reseller Hosting?
Reseller Hosting provides you with the ability to create individual domain name based hosting accounts that will use the space and bandwidth of your reseller account.
You remain in complete control by setting the amount of space and bandwidth each hosting account you create can use. Each account has its own control panel, e-mail, FTP access and so on.
How do I create databases and manage them?
Login to cPanel and click MySQL Databases. After your database is created you can manage it from phpmyadmin.
This can be found at the very bottom of the MySQL page.
How do I access WebMail?
To access webmail, its simple. If your domain was example.com you would go to www.example.com/webmail.
